A SUSTAINED DATE EVERY YEAR!
Valentine’s Day is celebrated every February 14 as a day devoted to love and affection. The occasion is associated with Saint Valentine, who is believed to have secretly performed marriages despite Roman law. Over time, the tradition developed into a worldwide celebration where people express their feelings through flowers, chocolates, greeting cards, and thoughtful gestures.
Last Valentine’s Day, I gave flowers to someone very special, someone I deeply admire and cherish. Although it was a simple bouquet, it represented my sincere feelings. The happiness on their face made the moment truly unforgettable. It reminded me that love is not about expensive gifts, but about honesty, effort, and genuine emotion.
Many people celebrate the day by planning romantic dates, exchanging meaningful messages, or spending quality time together. Valentine’s Day is also an opportunity to appreciate family and friends. Love exists in many forms, and this celebration encourages everyone to express it openly and sincerely.
Most importantly, love should not be limited to just one day each year. “Always on Valentine’s Day” means showing kindness, appreciation, and care every day. True love is demonstrated through consistent actions, understanding, and respect. Valentine’s Day simply reminds us to value the people who are important in our lives.
